Data content of the register:

The following information is stored in the register: The first and last names of the customer, customer number, address information, phone number, gender, e-mail, language, information about marketing permits and prohibitions, as well as information about the customer's purchase transactions, deliveries and discounts, and possible usernames and passwords. 

Regular sources of information:

Information provided by the customer when registering or ordering in the online store.

Regular transfers of information:

The information is only used for maintaining the customer relationship and it's not transferred to other directions. The information may be transferred with activities related to the technical management of the online store (e.g. administration of the server or the online store platform), to deliver the orders, to collect unpaid bills or to the authorities if required and as permitted by law.

Data transfer outside the EU or the European Economic Area

Data is not transferred outside the EU or the European Economic Area.

Data storage and disposal

The data in the customer register is kept for the duration of the customer relationship. However, order, invoicing and payment information is stored like other accounting material. Information that has become unnecessary will be securely disposed of.

Using the cookies

We can use cookies, which are used to monitor visitor traffic and improve the quality of the service, and which are stored on the user's computer. The validity period of cookies is limited, and they do not harm the user's computer.

Principles of registry protection

Customer register is treated confidentially. The register is constantly protected from outsiders by firewalls and other technical means of protection. The register is kept only in electronic form and random paper ways are destroyed on an ongoing basis. 

Register is only used by persons for whom it is part of their job description to supervise and they are bound by the duty of confidentiality. Each user of the register has a personal username and password.

Right of inspection

According to the Personal Data Act, everyone has the right to check what information about them has been stored in the personal register. The request for an inspection must be sent in a handwritten or similarly certified document or presented in person at our office. Requests should be sent to the contact person mentioned above, who will also respond to any requests for additional information.

Updating information

The customer may update their name- and address information on their profile of the online store. The customer may also contact the person mentioned above for updating their information.

Other rights related to the processing of personal data

The customer has the right to refuse the processing of their data for marketing purposes. The request regarding the restriction of data processing must be submitted by e-mail to the registry's contact person.

The payment method of Klarna

"In order to be able to offer you Klarna's payment methods, we may transmit your personal data in the form of contact and order information to Klarna in connection with the purchase transaction, so that Klarna can assess whether you are entitled to their payment methods and tailor these payment methods to you. Your transferred personal data will be processed in accordance with Klarna's own privacy policy."
