Free Standard Shipping

We offer free standard shipping for orders over 150€ within the EU.

We ship from Finland (EU) and include VAT and duties for EU customers.

Non-EU customers will see tax-free prices at checkout. However, they are responsible for paying VAT and any applicable duties to local authorities upon the product’s arrival.

Important Shipping Information

Delivery times are estimated and may vary due to customs processing and local postal services.
You will receive a tracking link in your order confirmation email to follow your shipment.
For non-EU customers: At checkout, you will see tax-free prices. However, you may need to pay VAT and customs duties upon arrival. The Finnish VAT (25.5%) is automatically deducted from the total order value. The final cost of your order is approximately the same whether you purchase from an EU or non-EU country.

Returns, Exchanges & Refund Policy

Returns

Returns from outside Finland incur a return shipping fee of 8.90€.
To return an item, contact our customer service at info@unavaate.fi, and we will arrange the return shipment for you.

Returning defective items is free of charge.

If you received a defective or faulty product, we will cover the return shipping cost and issue a full refund. Please email info@unavaate.fi for return instructions.

Exchanges

To exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please contact customer service to arrange a return and place a new order.
A 14.90€ exchange fee applies for orders outside Finland.

Refunds

Refunds are issued minus an 8.90€ return fee.
Items must be unworn, clean, and in resalable condition to be eligible for a refund. If items are returned stained or used, we may deduct a portion of the refund.
Refunds will be processed after we have received and inspected the returned items.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.
For non-EU customers: If you paid VAT to local customs, you must apply for a VAT refund from them directly.

Claims

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you receive a faulty product or notice a manufacturing defect, please contact our customer service at info@unavaate.fi.
