The seller of the online store is Unavaate, 3277672-7. The products are sold for adult private people. The prices of the products include value added tax. We reserve the right to change prices, shipping costs and prices, as well as incorrect stock balance


The products are ordered on the online store by transferring them in the shopping cart and paying the contents of the shopping cart in the online payment service. All customer information is treated confidentially. The contacts asked when ordering are not used in anything else but delivering the ordering or for clarifying the ambiguities that appear therein, unless specifically stated otherwise. When you order on the online store you are required to have familiarized yourself with and agreed to the terms of delivery valid any given time. After a succesful order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email.

Paying and payment methods

Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7), in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions, is the operator of the payment brokerage service and the payment service provider. Paytrail Oyj appears as the recipient of the payment on the bank statement or card invoice and forwards the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj has a payment institution lisence. In cases of complaints, we ask that you first contact the supplier of the product.

Order and payment confirmation

When we have received your order, we will immediately send you an order confirmation by e-mail, which will show your order information. Always check the content of the order confirmation. If you have any questions, contact our customer service immediately. Save the order confirmation if you have to contact customer service. When dealing with customer service, always have your possible order number available. Always check that the contents of the package match the products in the order confirmation. Delivery methods and costs

Delivery costs include postage and packagnig costs. We deliver the orders in packages, the customer receives the delivery tracking code in connection with the delivery confirmation. Delivery costs in Finland:

  • If the order costs more than 75€, the delivery is free (in Finland)
  • If the order costs less than 75€, the delivery is 4,90€ (Posti), 6,90€ (Matkahuolto)
  • Home package 8,90 (Posti), free if the order is over 130€


Delivery time

We deliver orders to customers as quickly as possible. We process the order on the same or the next business day after the order arrives. If the products cannot be delivered because the products are not in stock, or if the delivery is delayed for other reasons, the customer will be informed about it by email. 

We are not responsible for delays caused by force majeure or indirect harm caused by delays. The online store informs about unusual delivery times on its website. 

The customer is obliged to inspect the shipment within 14 days and familiarize themself with the product's washing and care instructions before use.

Return conditions (valid only in Finland)

Right of withdrawal According to the Finnish Consumer Protection Act, the consumer has the right to cancel the order within 14 days without giving a reason. The deadline for cancellation ends 14 days after the last batch of goods has been received or, in the case of downloadable products, from the moment the order is received.

If the products are returned after 14 days, we will only refund half of the price.

To exercise the right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision to cancel the contract in an unambiguous way (for example, by letter by post or email). In order to comply with the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notice of using the right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.

How do I return or exchange a product?

If you want to cancel the order, return all or part of the order, the return costs 6 euros. We will deduct the return fee from the return amount. If you initially received free shipping costs and after the return you are not entitled to free shipping costs, you pay the shipping costs and a return fee of 6 euros. If you wish, you can exchange the product, the exchange costs 6 euros. The clothes have one free exchange right, you can also exchange for another product. Clothes include bathrobes, bodysuits and pants (suspender leggings and shorts are not included)

Products to be returned and exchanged must be delivered in the original packaging (e.g. sock products must have the belt in place). 

You must send the goods back without delay and no later than 14 days after making the cancellation notice. The deadline has been met if you send the goods back before the 14-day deadline expires. 

You are only responsible for such reduction in the value of the goods, which is the result of other than the processing necessary to determine the nature, properties and functionality of the goods.

Keep the receipt from the return shipment until you have received a refund or confirmation that the return/exchange has been processed. If the return shipment is lost during transport, Unavaate is not obliged to refund products that have not arrived back to the company as a return, if the customer cannot prove that he/she has sent the products back. The receipt from the return shipment serves as proof of the return if the package is lost.

Pack the returned / exchanged products carefully. Attach your contact information and order number to the shipment.


We recommend Posti's return. 

Pack the product/products, put your name information inside the package and write the information below on the package. Take it to a Post office. The return is free of charge for you at this stage. Keep the return receipt.

When we receive the returned product, we will initiate a refund/exchange. For urgent exchanges, contact customer service. Refunds are always made to the payment method used in the order (not, for example, by bank transfer). 

Orders paid by credit card are returned to the credit card account automatically. Refunds for orders placed in the online bank/by invoice are made through the payment intermediary Paytrail.

Product exchange (valid only in Finland)

If you want to exchange the product you bought for another one, send a message to our customer service at info@unavaate.fi. We charge 6 euros for the exchange. The clothes include one free change. The clothes include bathrobes, bodysuits and pants (strap leggings are not included). Paid exchange and return for clearance and sale products. 

You can return the unused product to our office and we will send the desired product to you. Write the information below in the return and also add your own information to the package. We charge the exchange fee before we send the exchanged product to you.

Unclaimed package (valid only in Finland)

Non-redemption is not the same as refund or cancellation. If the customer does not pick up the package from the post office or pick-up point within the deadline, the package will be returned to the sender. We charge the customer €12 for uncollected shipments, which covers return and reshipment costs. If the customer does not want the package sent again, €12 will be charged in any case.

Problem situations 

If the product has been lost or damaged during transport or otherwise does not correspond to your order, you must report the error immediately or within 14 days at the latest in writing to the address mentioned in the Right of cancellation and return conditions section or by calling the phone number mentioned in the contact information. If the package is clearly damaged in transit, you must immediately file a complaint with the shipping company of your chosen delivery method
